The Sugar Beach Resort grounds occupy about 3 acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long crescent of sandy beach on Maui's south shore. Each condominium unit has an ocean view, with stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean sunsets every evening. At the properties makai (ocean side) boundary, it gives way to miles and miles of sandy, sun-drenched beach. If you enjoy going for long, relaxing walks on the beach, Sugar Beach will feel like home.
