Sugar Beach Resort is located at the base of the West Maui Mountains, right on the shore of beautiful Maalaea Bay. The Sugar Beach Resort grounds occupy about 3 acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long crescent of sandy beach on Maui’s south shore. In the middle of the two buildings lies the saline pool and barbeque area. The saline pool is very therapeutic and free of chemicals and the pool area is partially covered providing shade for some of the tables and chairs. Each condominium unit has an ocean view, with stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean sunsets every evening. At the properties makai (ocean side) boundary, it gives way to miles and miles of sandy, sun-drenched beach. If you enjoy going for long, relaxing walks on the beach, Sugar Beach will feel like home.
